he Humber Hawks are Humber College’s varsity sports teams, competing in the OCAA and CCAA. Known as one of Canada’s top college athletic programs, the Hawks have earned over 50 national titles across multiple sports, including basketball, volleyball, soccer (indoor & outdoor), baseball, softball, badminton, curling, cross-country, golf, and rugby 7s.

They lead the country in CCAA Academic All-Canadians, reflecting a strong balance between athletics and academics. With state-of-the-art facilities and a vibrant sports culture, the Hawks are champions both on and off the field.

As part of the Humber Hawks creative team, I was responsible for creating social media templates, posters, and document designs that align with the brand’s identity and visual standards.

• Designed social media templates to strengthen the Humber Hawks’ visual identity.
• Created customized graphics for the women’s and men’s basketball teams, and the women’s volleyball team.
• Developed promotional posters and internal documents to support events and team communication.
• Ensured all designs aligned with branding guidelines and enhanced audience engagement.

Aligned with the Humber Hawks’ brand identity, the layout and social media designs were developed to stay visually engaging across all platforms and materials.

The goal was to achieve clarity and readability through dynamic athletic imagery, a consistent color palette, and a clean, distraction-free layout that keeps the focus on the message. Each piece — whether a social media post, promotional poster, or internal document — was customized to its purpose. Some are image-driven, while others emphasize text, depending on the communication objective.
